Redemption Details

How it works:

1) Order the rack(s) of your choice from your distributor.

2) Copy an invoice showing the purchase of the rack and the products that meet the
"Purchase Requirements" (outlined below) for each rack.

3) Mail the copies to: MIDWEST Display Racks
P.O. Box 1031

4) We will send you a check for the invoiced amount of the rack,
not to exceed the current suggested dealer price.
